Software is offered in different ways today. On the one hand we have the traditional on-premise software, where the software is installed on a system of the user. On the other hand, we know the use of software as a SaaS / Cloud service, whereby the user accesses “his” system via the internet and in which the data is also stored in the Cloud. The concepts SaaS and Cloud also have different variants: a private cloud, a public cloud with its own server, or a shared server with its own Virtual Machine, or even a shared Virtual Machine. Each variant has its advantages and disadvantages, but no less important: each variant also has its own continuity risks and therefore also demands its own continuity measures.
Softcrow offers various forms of continuity arrangements in order to provide a the best possible solution. Below is a schematic overview of which securities belong to which services.
