CloudSecure, because sometimes regular escrow is not enough
Every “regular” Escrow arrangement ensures that the source code of software is available for maintenance if the supplier can no longer provide it. Softcrow’s SaaS-Escrow also ensures the availability of data stored in the Cloud and a description of the SaaS infrastructure that may be has to be rebuilt. Sometimes even that is not enough:
In situations where business-critical SaaS applications are used, the time required to set up a new SaaS environment with the deposited materials (source code, data, infrastructure description) often lacks . In these situations, only one solution is really desirable: Uninterrupted Continuity.
Softcrow’s CloudSecure builds a legal structure on top of the SaaS-Escrow, which guarantees the undisturbed continuity of the SaaS service. As an end-user you will not notice a bankruptcy from your SaaS supplier and you can continue working undisturbed. From a supplier’s perspective, the CloudSecure also protects company values such as Intellectual Property, contracts with Hosting Providers and contracts with customers.
If you are interested in finding out more about CloudSecure, we will be happy to explain CloudSecure personally.
